PRIVACY POLICY
1. General provisions
1.1 This privacy policy defines the rules of confidential information protection concerning the Users, including personal data, by the administrator of this data, i.e. the entity running the Shop, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

1.2 For the purposes of interpretation of this document, the definitions contained in the Rules and Regulations of the Shop apply.

1.3 The Seller running the Shop makes a special effort to protect the rights of users, in particular, in the field of privacy protection and protection of information provided to the Seller and concerning users. This information (including personal data of Users) are duly protected, and web forms used to transfer this information are protected by SSL security protocol, so that the process of data transfer is encrypted. When processing personal data of Users the Seller pays special attention to ensure that these data are protected against unauthorized access, taking by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable laws and their change, loss, damage or destruction. 2.

2 Personal data
2.1 When using the Shop, you may be asked to provide your personal data, necessary for the provision of services by the Seller:

when registering at the Shop (name and surname or company name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address)
when expressing willingness to use Newsletter service (e-mail address),
when placing an order (name and surname or company name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address).
2.2 Providing any personal data by the User is voluntary. Providing data listed in paragraph 2.1. is necessary for the purposes specified in paragraph 2.4.

2.3 Users can browse the Shop and the offers placed therein for goods or without prior registration and provision of personal data.

2.4 Personal data of Users who are natural persons (including individuals running a sole proprietorship) will be processed by the Seller as the administrator of personal data in order to provide services by the Seller via the Shop, as well as for marketing purposes related to the operation of the Shop, including those concerning services and goods presented at the Shop. Processing of the collected data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary.

2.5 The User's personal data can be made available to entities authorized to receive them under the applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities. Users' personal data may also be transferred or disclosed - in the necessary and required scope - to third parties, including entities performing, on behalf of the Seller, activities related to the Agreement concluded with the Buyer, e.g. operators handling electronic payments for concluded Agreements or entities executing deliveries of ordered goods. Users' personal data (including their e-mail addresses) may also be disclosed by the Seller in connection with the operation of the Shop by the Seller.

2.6 The Seller provides Users whose personal data is processed by him with the exercise of rights under the Act on Personal Data Protection, including the right to access the content of their own personal data and correct them, as well as the right to control the processing of their own personal data on the principles described in the said Act.

2.7 Within the framework of exercising the right to control the processing of own personal data, the User has in particular the right to file a written, reasoned request to stop processing his/her data due to his/her particular situation, as well as to object to the processing of his/her data, when the Seller processes it when it is necessary for the fulfillment of legally justified purposes carried out by the Seller or when the Seller intends to process it for marketing purposes, or to the transfer of the User's personal data by the Seller to a data controller other than the Seller.

2.8 Confidential information concerning the Users, including personal data of the Users, are protected by the Seller against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of their disclosure or loss and against damage or unauthorized modification of the said data and information by applying appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

3 Cookies
3.1 The Seller uses "cookies". Information collected by cookies allows to adapt services and content to individual needs and preferences of Users, as well as are used to develop general statistics on the use of the Store by Users. Switching off the option in the Internet browser allowing cookies to be saved does not generally prevent the use of the Shop, but it can cause certain difficulties.
